“The location is great, but very expensive. We like having a kitchen and laundry facility. There is no fan provided, so be prepared in warmer months. The bathroom door is frosted glass and does not reach the ceiling. ”

“The place was perfect for a home base during Outside Lands. There was plenty of street parking in addition to being able to park in the garage. Place was clean and bed was very comfortable. This is a basement apartment below other living quarters and we were pleased with the insulation/minimal noise from above. Communication with host leading up to and during stay was great.
