“I don’t often do reviews but with all the negative ones I read I felt I should as everyone has a different experience. Contrary to other comments the front desk staff were very helpful and kind. The hotel could use a paint and a refresh, but all in all was good! Breakfast and lunch for the all inclusive were a little underwhelming but dinner was always good. The bartenders were kept busy and were not tipped as much as they deserved. Very walkable on both sides with the boardwalk. Lots of……

“On arrival lights in two bedrooms were out. Tv wasn't working. The photos definitely look better than in real life. The outside around the pool area is in need of a good clean & we were very disappointed to see the pool dirty with green scum around the edges. We were told by maintainence that the pump was broken hence the build up. So we were very disappointed that we couldn't use the pool as our baby is only 5 months old & didn't want to risk it. “What a fabulous hotel, I had two nights here as I was in Cyprus on an Emergency. I’m not good at reviews but here it goes. First and foremost, two ladies on Reception Maria and Klaus, what can I say other than friendly, professional, compassionate. Everything I needed these two ladies were understanding and outstanding. Getting me within 5 minutes a hire car at 17:00 on a Sunday, arranging me transfers and just being friendly. These two ladies are a credit to the Hotel. Thank you, you made a……
