I called ahead for a reservation starting 5/8 saying I would be delayed and wouldn't be able to check in until 5/9 and asked that the room would be held for me. I was told that the room would be held for me. When I showed up on 5/9 to check in, I was told that there was no room for me, that the reservation had been cancelled and was turned away. Needless to say this was a major inconvenience, something that no traveler should have to endure!!! Rude, unfeeling, unhelpful attendant at the front desk...and I'm a visibly disabled person.
