Summary:
Stunning & modern beach apartment in the most luxarious resort in Playa Venao - 'Blue'. Only 2 minute walking distance from the beach and an exclusive beach club where you will have access to a stunning beachfront infinity pool, delicious restarunt, and a spacious relaxation area.

The Space:
In the apartment main area you will find a spacieous living room, equipped kitchen, and a wide balcony with a seating area, dining table and an incredible ocean view.

The apartment has a master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a private full bathroom in-suite, and a second bedroom with a queen bed + guest full bathroom.

Guest Access:
Arrival instructions videos will be sent before your arrival. The complex is equipped with an elevator and a private entrance.

The Neighborhood:
The Blue community is a relaxed, central and secure gated community where you will always be just a few minutes walking distance from the best restaurant, surfing spots, parties and of course - the beach!

Getting Around:
Everything is just 5 minutes walk by foot!
