We've stayed here a few times in the past. But the 2025 Version of Aliante was disappointing. The only positive was every single person who worked there, from front desk, to pool, to Starbucks and food court, to the maintenance man, to the housekeeping....WONDERFUL! This is no reflection at all on them.
The problems are:
#1--NO COFEE MAKERS IN THE ROOM, which is corporate money grubbing at it's finest if I've ever seen it.
#2--Our shower was broken and instead of just moving us to another room, in a dead hotel, we had to have maintenance come in and work on it for an hour. Thankfully, we weren't in a rush to get anywhere that day or we would have not been able to shower.
#3--There was a pipe burst in one of the food court restaurants that I was so excited to eat at because we don't have them in our state, but they had to close because of maintenance.
#4--More money-grubbing....it's like a Motel 6 with their Wi-Fi. The service was great when you were connected to it, but they only offer it for 3 devices. Um, why? That's so cheap. So our family of 4 fought over who got the internet on their device for that day. The IT guy was as sweet as could be when I called to find out why we couldn't log off the internet and give it to someone else in the room, but you had to wait 24 hours to "reset" your 3 allowed devices.
This place just had an air of "lets suck what we can out of this place and then go bankrupt or sell." People working there were great though!
