Absolutely a horrible hotel and experience along with poor customer service. Didn’t get the room I booked, no blankets in bed and called front desk to get delivered. They said they don’t have anymore but will bring extra sheets. What the heck no blankets and I’m supposed to just use extra sheets. Never got sheets delivered. Asked for manager and said not available. I asked them to call manager to resolve. They advised will refund the resort fee. Room smells musty, run down, dirty, mini fridge door has a chair leaned up against it to hold it shut. Asked for another room said no others to put us in.

I didn’t think it would be that bad of a hotel but i should’ve known. Upon arrival it was very bad and waited almost an hour to check in and then be told it wasn’t possible. ended up leaving and coming back and felt even more unsafe than the first time. i didn’t trust the staff, the building, and the other patrons staying there. Reached out for a refund considering my own safety and got denied multiple times. You think they take care of their guests but their customer service clearly lacks because they need the money it seems like. I will never stay here again and was a a waste of money unfortunately.
