被安排了的房，客廳完全沒有窗，很侷促 入面房間只有一個窗是對住對面樓層，沒景觀可言，明明就是在機場附近可看航機升降，但我只看到牆..... 床太軟，訓得好辛苦 房間內很多用品及地方不整潔 只是廚房洗衣機用品等等一應俱全為吸引 酒店內有幾家小店，外圍就什麼都沒有很荒蕪 我不會再入住了...

离著名的大街很近，但又不会住得很吵。一路从旧金山-洛杉矶-圣地亚哥-拉斯维加斯，我们的最后一站孩子们很惊喜，对酒店很满意，有厨房有客厅，炊具碗筷一应俱全，每天来收拾房间的服务员还拒绝小费？！由于买大峡谷票的事情想找一下一位叫matt的员工，听说他的中文很流利，想请他翻译，但找了2次都未果，第二次一直说马上到马上到，结果白白等了40分钟后打电话说他太忙来不了了！真是气愤！其他员工都非常好，问路什么的都会耐心解释，有个小伙子手机里还下载了互译软件，我们一中一英的用手机解释问题，非常棒！

房間有專屬的免費洗衣機、乾衣機與洗衣粉，非常方便旅遊者。更好的是全套乾淨餐具，電氣化廚具、烘烤爐，甚至還有洗碗機，附近幾分鐘車程就有vons超市，食材、飲料一應俱全，可以自己開伙，在美國這種消費較高的國家，因此可以吃的又豐盛，又經濟，是很棒的一點。唯一可以說是小瑕疵，就是與機場相鄰，飛機起降頻繁，如果怕吵的人，會感覺有一點受影響，但是基本上窗戶的隔音還不錯。 另外給expedia網站的意見：貴網站上面關於BR房型，中文翻譯為個king size, 一張雙人床，沙發床，實際上，是一張king size, 一張沙發，兩張單人沙發椅，附客廳、廚房、洗衣間。並沒有所謂的雙人床與沙發床，以至於我們三個大人，一個小孩，有一位是睡沙發，這一點讓我們感到有點不愉快。我重新審視英文網頁，發現問題出在中文說明。在此提供一點個人意見。

Loved all that was in the unit, all the appliances such as the dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer etc. and cookware. Beds were super comfortable and it was very clean. Pool was great and the staff were very responsive if u needed anything. You can't ask for much more.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. I thought we left our laptop there, I called to ask. Security called us back within 20 minutes, they did a full room search nothing was found. Found it in a suitcase but I appreciated the fast response. Excellent customer service.

Its good for sleep and have a rest sfter long day adventure. Only our problem is too far on the elevator and when you are slready tired you dont want to walked that far. Because is a vacation property you have to ask to clean your room and to have a clean towels. The staff are friendly specially Regenia.

It's really worth to stay at Bluegreen vacations club especially with family. Given., stay comes with Kitchen its like having home / healthy food of our choice & kids don’t have to suffer much . Inhouse laundry unit saves time / energy . Cleanliness is at its best & shuttle service is another silent metric that ease the tourist life .

Staff was great! Pool hours and being indoors was the main reason we booked this place. The kitchen saved us a fortune on food and we were very happy overall with our stay. Few side notes- Room was dirty, dusty and just overall Very unclean (there is a massive pile of dirt and dust bunnies on the floor between the bedside table and wall. Also the kitchen sink had a massive ring of caked on food around it) I personally didn’t mind cleaning it before we unpacked but yes it’s wasn’t cleaned very well. It’s listed as a hotel on Expedia and it’s not which didn’t bother us but others staying there had an issue with that. The washer only did piping hot water (on the cold cycle) so the 2 loads of wash we did shrunk our clothes and stained your white towels. We had a lovely stay and pool is amazing, staff was incredible! We would be happy to return and we have told everyone how great this place is!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room with our family of four. The shuttle was always on time which made it very convenient to travel back and forth from the strip. I highly recommended staying here if you want extra room and a kitchenette.

Our room was great, had everything we needed. The bagel place next door was an awesome breakfast option. Shuttle to/from the strip was great. Super disappointed that the pool was closed for the duration of our visit, as this was the primary reason we booked this hotel. Renovations to the pool were to be done before we got there. Communication about the pool reopening was hit and miss. When they called to try and get us in for timeshare session we politely declined, and asked about the pool, the recommendation was to pay money to use a pool at another hotel. Having already paid a decent amount of money to stay here, we didn't feel it was fair to pay more for an amenity we had already paid for.

We liked the location close to Thomas and Mac arena for our tournament, plus a shuttle that could take us down to the strip. It's nice to be off the strip where it's a little less hectic and we can park for free right there. The room was clean and roomie. Plus it's always nice to have a kitchenette to help save on food expenses. It would be nice to have a small market in the surrounding building. Our only complaint was that we were not told beforehand that the pool and weight room were closed for construction. It was a bit noisy with that construction. Being near the airport brings some noise as well, but it's kind of fun to watch the planes land and take off. We would stay there again.
