The bathroom worked horrible wouldn’t flush correctly!!! It had an old smell when we walked into our room. And then the pool is only open from 8-8pm being in Vegas in July it’s 115 degrees you want to enjoy night swims at the pool!!

I had booked this resort because it was family friendly, had water slides, and an arcade. My kids are at an age where they get bored quickly with just a pool. First, the “arcade” is falsely advertised. There is no arcade. There is a small game room with pool table, electronic games, and a set of outdoor ping pong tables. But don’t expect to use the pools, water slides, game room, or ping pong tables after 8pm or before 8am. They lock everything up. It’s Vegas, I guess we are supposed to entertain ourselves? Kid activities aside, the resort was dirty. Dust was around the floor boards from weeks of being uncleaned, the hallways and elevators were littered with debris, and light fixtures had dust and spider webs on them. The floors in our suite hadn’t been cleaned in our room since the last guest. I brought this to the attention of the front desk and after a 10 day stay, the floors STILL were not swept or mopped from the last people staying there. They were sticky with hair everywhere. My kids feet were black on the bottom every night if they didn’t wear socks or shoes. Our bathroom also didn’t have toiletries in it until the 2nd night. It was like our room hadn’t been completely cleaned after the last guests. I understand people make mistakes and oversights happen, but for the error to never be corrected after mentioning it 3 different times? That’s poor service. We have always enjoyed our stays with Hilton but this time was incredibly disappointing.

My family Loved the penthouse suite. We enjoyed the BBQ area and the garden which we used for some of the herbs. We enjoyed the water slides and the many hot tons around the large pool. The game room was fabulous and at the end of a long fun day we were very comfortable even in the pull out bed. We were close to all of the attractions we wanted to experience but were away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. We look forward to coming here again!

Buen lugar para quedarse con la familia. Lo que más nos gustó es que es un lugar libre de humo de cigarros. El cuarto es amplio, muy limpio y tiene su comedor y cocineta con todo lo necesario para cocinar (estufa, refrigerador, sartenes, trastes y utensilios). La propiedad tiene piscina muy limpia y 3 o 4 salvavidas vigilando todo el tiempo. También nos gustó la seguridad de la propiedad. Muy recomendable.

My family and I have been loyal guests of your facility for several years, but unfortunately, our most recent stay was very disappointing. We rented a suite that accommodates six adults (three couples). Upon check-in, I was unexpectedly asked to provide the names of all guests staying in the room. While I understand safety protocols, this was not something we’ve encountered in the past. Additionally, we were only given two parking passes for the suite. With three couples staying, this was clearly insufficient, and one couple had to park across the street. When I raised this concern with the front desk, I was told this was due to a new rule—but no prior notice was given about this policy change. The condition of the suite was also below expectations. The facility appears run down—the main door and bathroom doors would not close properly. We were provided with only four towels for six adults and just one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. To make matters worse, the night shift security at the main gate was extremely rude. My son arrived after midnight and was not allowed to drive in. The security guard was unprofessional and disrespectful in his behavior. We have always appreciated the convenience and comfort of staying at your property, but these recent issues made our experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to improve the quality of your accommodations and customer service.

We enjoyed our one week stay here. The property was clean and safe. The staff used a text messaging service in case you need anything and it worked like a charm!!! They would respond quickly and whatever requests you had were taken care of immediately!!!!

We love the Cancun in Las Vegas it’s always a great experience w my family. Something for everyone. From the moment of check in staff is on top of the customer service and security at the front upon entry. We love the space, and all the amenities. The pool is our favorite place to be. Good food at the restaurant kids always enjoy pizza chicken etc… adults enjoy the drinks, and relaxing space to enjoy the resort.
