This place smelled so bad my whole stay the smell was unbearable we had to have the ac on in order for it to be passive the parking lot is distant as well and the rooms are a long walk from the lot if you plan to stay a week like I did they have no microwave and their small fridge froze my salad. The staff is immaculate they’re amazing and I had trouble with the shower knob coming off as well but any concern they tried and did their best but damn that smell is not the lake! They say it is but it does not smell like that preside I wanted to advice maybe putting coffee beans around the hallways so the smell isn’t so sharp. Contact me if I can have a refund or something thank you

This is a very beautiful property. It is in need of updating badly. The staff are just adequate. We had to ask several times for simple things like shower gel, cleaning the room. We were told they were short handed in housekeeping so that is why our room was not cleaned. It's a shame, I remember when the property was built, so pretty, now it's apparent the owners are not putting any money into it.

This property is BEAUTIFUL but suprisingly, its not as updated as other Hilton properties. First off, the smell is very pungent, like mildew and standing water. The property is run-down, the room had areas that could have used a better wipe down. Other than that, this property is gorgeous.

The staff that we worked with were phenomenal. The pool staff, esp our bartender, was amazing. The property is a bit dated, but clean. Our biggest issue, and the thing that will keep us from staying here again, is the smell. The whole hotel smells like sewer. It’s the most bizarre thing. From the moment you step inside, the sewer smell (covered with a perfume scent) is quite intrusive. Fortunately, it was primarily the common areas. Inside our room was not bad. But-it will unfortunately mean we will not likely stay here again. The area around the hotel is great. It was nice to be off the strip. And-truly-I cannot say enough about the staff.

The hotel itself is nice enough. Starting to show its age. The smell of the sewage vents in the lobby was a bit much. The room itself was nice. Clean sheets and towels. The balcony was covered in bird crap and the room hadn't been cleaned overly well as there were dozens of dead gnats around the room (in the sinks, on the tile floors in the bathroom, on the night stands, etc.) The area of lake Las Vegas is nice and there were multiple options for dinner that all looked good.

I had a balcony overlooking the courtyard which would've been nice but it was covered in bird poop. I killed several mosquitoes in my room. There are no quick bites here.I had to drive 15 minutes, off property, each way for food. My daughter has an annual dance competition here. Next year, we'll seek other lodging and commute. Considering the price we paid for 2 nights, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.

Hilton Las Vegas seems to be having some issues. Sewer backup smell was bad in areas. Staffing was low and lounge workers and waitresses could not keep up. Booked a King Suite and room was nice but view was disappointing.
