Historical property, loved the hike from the property and local to Hoover dam. Did not care for the idea kids could not eat in any of the restaurants within the lodge, which was why I chose it for its all inclusive needs. Had to leave for food all three meals for three days. This needs to be disclosed up front not during check in.

Checkin was easy and i was thanked for staying with them. We ate at La Villita. I was disappinted that we weren't able to order all of the menu items as they didn't have rice and beans and only had pork or chicken, but the margarita was good! At checkout, i spoke with a retired(?) nurse who thanked me again for staying, asked if the room was clean and up to our standards. We talked about our plans and she gave me some good advice about the area next on our trip. Very friendly, upbeat and courteous!!! I would definely stay here again!

This property is likely about to close or be sold. No other explanation for the short staffing (nearly anytime of day, 1-2 areas would post "will return shortly", only to have someone from another department temporarily staff that area). Poor upkeep in some customer need areas that are routine in Hospitality products. This is NOT a casino, but rather a slot parlor. No table games! The pool was locked one day, and when we asked why got three different answers from three different staff members before maintenance opened it??? On the plus side, they did have a "few" staff members that cared, and the hotel is very close to the Hoover Dam & Arizona border.

We’ve stopped at this hotel many times and this trip we decided to stay. Was charged $181 and thought this must be pretty nice. Only to find out there was no restaurant, the room was very dated. I thought how do you have a casino and a hotel with no restaurant. Will continue to stop and gamble here but will never stay here again.

We selected this wonderful place specifically for its location, charm, scenary, laid back atmosphere, phenomenal staff, excellent machine gaming, and best souvenier shop ever. After attending a concert at a large venue in LV, we knew we wanted to have a place to stay that would allow us to recoup. We were able to do exactly that! The more we ventured around the property the more we adored our stay. We will definitely be back soon - this time to simply enjoy our time at this gem. That earns five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 in our book.

Hoover Dam Lodge was perfect for what we needed; one night on a long trip. We were able to go into Boulder City for sushi. And we drove across Hoover dam and walk up on there Memorial bridge that evening. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. All good.

Fast food was available however most items not available. Ice was difficult to find. Had to go to front desk but too busy. No smart tvs so limited to 6 channels. Casino Smokey. Was close to Boulder City and services there. And Hoover Dam was 4 mile drive.

Pool was closed. Food at there venue was tiny and gross. Food used to be good. Had to go to third floor and farthest from elevator. Another venue the wait staff was rude and they were out of garlic for garlic fries. nothing to offer hamburger but condiments. Staff does not care about customer retention and don't care if you don't come back. You can't stay in the first floor unless you have a dog even if you are one hundred percent disabled. I am very disappointed and will not come back. I put dirty cuz door to bathroom had stains running down and there was food stains on wall by microwave.

The property is about acceptable. The restaurant has been closed for over a year and apparently isn't going to reopen so the only food is microwaved from three spots. Otherwise you need to drive about 15 minutes into Boulder City. We went to the pool and found it was cold and the hot tub not working. When we told the deal clerk, she first said that we should have been told that when we checked in but came up some story that "the city has to check something" when they aren't located in the city, they are in the county area. Also the ice machines have not worked for over 4 years and they give bags of ice from the desk but have left the machines in the machines on the floors. The manager who we spoke with the next day was of no help and basically just said he knew of all the issues but didn't seem phased by the issues.
