This is a one story renovated modern house that has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is a single family house with a vast living room and a family room. It also includes an authentic traditional style fireplace, perfect for wintertime bookings. Both the front and backyard are large unrestricted areas and provides ample space for smoking. The property is also conveniently located near a shopping plaza that has restaurants and services that caters to your every need. This house is professionally cleaned and maintained to exceptional health standards to ensure our clients' safety and experience.

My wife, brother, niece and I stayed here for four nights. The home was clean and equipped with the basic essentials. There were two minor issues with kitchen appliances, and each time we contacted the host about them we received prompt help. Not sure I would call the place “modern.”

The house was really comfortable and cleanWe took Uber to the main strip & to Fremont, range between 15-25 dollars. Grocery story within a 5 mile radius. The neighborhood may seem a little on the rough side but very quiet and safe.

This house is just close enough to get into the strip and old town easily. Then it’s nice and quiet when you get home. House is great! Very comfortable. Grill works great. No complaints. Host is very responsive.

Stayed here with with our 3 adult children and their spouses while coming for the Vegas and Roll Marathon. The house was perfect for 4 couples and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Generous with towels, cooking supplies, and just everything. Home layout was great - dining area was privateAnd perfect for meals and those needing a quiet place to work. The owner has obviously put some thoughtful effort into making an older property comfortable. We were happy to find a clean if quirky structure. There's even a rice cooker in the kitchen! We did not have any uncomfortable feelings with the condition, appearance, or smell of the home. We are so grateful for how comfortable this made our stay.

Except for getting locked out and unable to reach owner(had to get a locksmith at 150.00;we Loved Vegas tours and restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. The location not great , further from the. Vegas Strip than anticipated. Some of the appliances needed service. The washer was not balanced and made crazy noises . The dryer took way too long to dry clothes and the dishwasher over flowed onto floor.

The house was nice. The front room just behind the living room tv gets a bit hot while the master bedroom in the very back stayed cold even though the heater came on regularly. Other than that my cousins and I enjoyed the house. Checking in and out was super easy. We'd stay here again. Thanks

Convenient location close to the freeway. Well stocked kitchen that we used to make multiple family meals that we ate in a large dining area with plenty of chairs. Sleeps 8 comfortably. There was plenty of hot water for everyone to shower without waiting in between. Appreciated that the host provided multiple extra essentials like toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent, and garbage bags. There is plenty of parking with a garage space, driveway and street parking.
