Bed and room were comfortable aside from the desk being dirty and the sheets on the pull out sofa had blood on them so we had to call room service in the middle of the night to get us clean linens in which they required my husband to sign for the new linen and he was informed if the linen went missing, we would be charged for them. We wouldn’t have had to ask for fresh linen if the linen on the pull out sofa was clean and ready for use. Lots of pigeons and crows were located throughout the property and it looks like they were attracted to all of the free-standing trash in an open area on the side of the property which also caused the parking area to stink.

All the trash cans all over the facility where overflowing homeless were digging through everything our door was broken. We had to push it open. Restroom was disgusting. I will never stay at this place again parking felt unsafe. Our room was disgusting. It smelled like alcohol and sweat I don’t even think they washed our sheets. The furniture was broken. The pictures of the facility must have been AI generated because it looks nothing like their pictures.

Property inside could use lawn services. No point in having a cleaning service fee if there are no housekeepers. I did not like how my patio door was broken and could not do nothing about it. Someone could’ve jumped and broken inside while I wasn’t there. However, inside rooms were clean as promised. The rooms are spacious and felt like more like an apartment than a hotel. I enjoyed the free parking. Overall I give it a 7.3/10

The room was very spacious and lovely. The mattress was in need of replacement and management was very sorry I was unhappy and they did offer to change my room. We had a couple of maintenance issues and they were promptly fixed. Very nice staff. No microwave in the room and it would be great if they had menus for the restaurants next door.

Arrived at 10:30pm easy check in. Front lady was straightforward. She told us no late check outs.. The room was HOT inside. The AC wasn’t on. It took 30 minutes to cool down. There were flies all over the bathroom ceiling. I think they were coming out of the drains. Other than those things everything in the room was good. Food is very close by which was nice since we were traveling all day. Then after we had a goodnights sleep. They do have a breakfast buffet for 15 bucks each person. I wouldn’t recommend buying it. I don’t know how long the food was sitting for. It was pretty cold, but I noticed they have a microwave once I was done.

Stayed at Serene Vegas Boutique Hotel – A Pleasant Experience! Had a very satisfactory stay at Serene Vegas Boutique Hotel in Las Vegas. The premises were neat and clean, and the rooms were well-maintained. I especially appreciated the balcony attached to the room—definitely a nice bonus! They offer complimentary coffee and tea at the front desk, and there’s a buffet breakfast option available for $14.99. A full restaurant is expected to open soon, which will be a great addition. Parking was super convenient with easy access right next to the rooms. Several food spots are within walking distance, which was very handy. The location is a major plus—just minutes away from the Sphere, MGM, and the Las Vegas Strip. The only downside was the lack of hand soap in the bathroom, which I hope they address soon. Overall, a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in a great location.

First room they gave me someone in there, the second room they gave me appeared that someone had been in there because the bed was not made and it was dirty the next morning I did go to the counter and let the manager know. I also showed him pictures. He was very apologetic and tried to correct situation by offering me a partial refund and offering me an upgraded room . So, even though I did have issues I APPLIED the manager for trying to resolve all the issues. THAT WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
