Nice house and outdoor space but pool and hot tub not functional

The property is very impressive and we loved most of the space. It is unique and artistic and a very fun Vegas vibe. However, I read in reviews many months ago that the pool heater was not functional. I was hopeful that it was fixed when I booked since it wasn’t mentioned to be broken in the listing. It is November in Vegas and both the pool and the hot tub do not have heat. To me, this is unacceptable to not inform people in the listing. I searched for houses exclusively with a pool and hot tub and chose this one based on these amenities. We were not able to use them as the temperature felt well below 50 degrees. The outdoor area is nice to hang out in. We used the very nice grilling area. But the televisions and remotes were confusing. There are about 8 remotes and no instructions. There are 2 bathrooms but one is off the primary bedroom. This shower head is about 5 feet 6 inches high, a warning for people taller than this. There were karaoke microphones outside but we couldn’t figure out how to use them. Overall we had a fun time staying here but beware- the pool and hot tub do not have heat.

We had a great time, this house was perfect for our family’s celebration. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to every need or question we had.
