“Hotel De Cielo is a wonderful property. At the foot of the Andes mountains it offers amazing views, My wife and I booked it because we were heading into the mountains the following day. We, however, were completely unprepared. We didn't have any food for the night because we had counted on finding something nearby. When we got to Hotel de Cielo we found that their kitchen was closed for lunch (their regularly scheduled day off). The staff quickly jumped into action and prepared us a meal and……
