“We stayed here because I was working in Cedar Falls and in Ames and this was a good halfway point. It is so peaceful by the river and the host was very accommodating. My husband lives with a physical disability and doesn't handle stairs well; this place has no stairs and was very accessible and worked well for him. Our dog loved it too, plenty of green space. A lovely spot in a small town, one of our favorite stops. Thank You!”

“All good except open stairs with a 2 1/2 year old were a bit of a worry and a challenge because that is where, of course, he wanted to climb. Great kitchen set up for family meals and game time.”

“My family of 5 come to Clear Lake every year for the CLASS car cruise and show. We have bounced around the lake every time but have found our final destination hopefully. House and garage were exactly what we needed for our weekend. We didn't use the garage much but it is well equipped as is the house. Neighbors were very friendly too.”
