“To say that we were delighted with out stay is an understatement. Debbi is the most wonderful host and the sweetest person. She took so much time to show us around and introduce us to the lovely animals. Our kids still talk about Spirit and the Mini horses all the time. And dont even get me started on the house! It does not get any more beautiful. Everything is very high end and perfectly clean. The General Store is dreamy!!! Try the carrot cake ice cream and enjoy the Gem Mine. Thank you so……

“This property is exactly as listed. Quiet, remote, and beautifully charming. The vintage boutique adds to the romanic atmosphere. And close enough to the CLT area to easily make it a day trip. I highly recommend pairing this stay with a visit to Baker Buffalo Creek Winery.”

“Spacious and comfortable stay in Shelby with our family over Easter weekend. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and enjoyed the location within walking distance to downtown. Courtney was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had a wonderful time! ”

“Birdsong is an adorable cottage & perfect place for me to stay while in town for several weeks. We were lucky that the flowers on the property were blooming so it was extra pretty! The cottage is close to uptown and 74, and is the perfect size for two people! Marywinn was wonderful and easy to deal with, quick to communicate and I highly recommend her property if you're staying in Shelby! ”

“Very private and very clean property. We encountered a small maintenence issue that was quickly addressed. The gentleman that came out was very prompt and friendly. The property iteself was super comfortable. If you like cooking the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. One thing that would have been nice is a full length mirror, which is a very minor thing. We will be looking for a reason to come back soon.”
