Let's start with the hotel's hygiene: The carpets couldn't be dirtier. The room, even though it was a non-smoking, smelled horribly of cigarettes. The bathtub wouldn't drain at all, in fact, it felt like a pool, We called to have someone to come and fix the issue, but no one ever came, so my family and I (including the kids) had to take the showers with the tub filled with dirty water, disgusting. Now, let's talk about the amenities. We thought the hotel had a private beach as advertised. That's not accurate, people who weren't hotel guests had free access to the "private beach" areas. The place was full of tents, coolers, and speakers, leaving no room for those of us who thought we'd have a private beach. The kid's pool was closed for unknown reasons. In short, it was a less-than-pleasant experience. If you're looking for a relaxing time and vacation, don't go to this place!

The room was really clean. The pool area was nice and we loved the river, we had an awesome pool and river view from our room, looking forward to stay here next year again.

The pool was closed down every day were there due to chemical emblances. All the hall ways smelled like marijuana. The carpet everywhere is run down. We also had an ice chest stolen and chairs stolen. They have slides and they dont put any staff to monitor. We saw a few injuries happen. This place feels like its not being kept up. The arcade is nice and the theater is cool. Room were okay but carpet is run down.

We had a great time there. The moon shadow grille was amazing. The ribeye steak with mushrooms was phenomenal. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly and helpful. The environment is a little dated but functional. We would stay there again.

I liked the convenience of the Beach/river and pool area accessibility. I liked the food options. I liked that there was plenty of entertainment for children of all ages. My kids enjoyed the Arcade and the Theater. But everything is pretty out dated and the hotel can benefit from an interior and exterior upgrades and remodel.
