The floor was so dirty when we walked in to our suite then my 2 year son found a condom in the room. The second room we were moved to just as dirty a little less and no condom but over not clean.

We had to switch rooms 3 times because the first two were disgusting. Hairballs in sink and tub and the sink wouldn’t drain in the first room and the mattress was completely worn out sheets were gross. The second room was dirty and had urine all over the toilet seat. Overall this place is dated and not worth the price.

I went to Moon Shadow Restaurant with my family because it was the only dine-in option available at the time. When we arrived, our waitress, Samantha, told us that since we had a large party, she would have to seat us at two separate tables with two separate checks. I said that was fine. However, the restaurant was nearly empty, so I was surprised by how long everything was taking. When it was finally our turn to be seated, Samantha placed us at two tables that were quite far apart. I mentioned that the distance seemed a bit much and asked if we could move to a different table so we could all sit together, especially since we had kids with us. Instead of trying to help, Samantha stormed off angrily and muttered “GOD” under her breath. She then grabbed a tray and started slamming plates and utensils around. It made us extremely uncomfortable, especially because other guests started noticing her attitude toward us. I’ve dined at many upscale and high-end restaurants, and I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully. We came out hoping to enjoy a nice time with friends and family, but Samantha’s behavior really put a damper on the evening. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend Moon Shadow Restaurant to anyone planning to dine with their family.

First time staying at the Avi Resort and I'd have to say it was a wonderful experience. Plenty of parking, several dining options, easy and fast check-in process. Staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the pool area, several pools and hot tubs plus a full service bar and food available. The Avi also has a beach area where you can lounge or get in the river water. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. They provide towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. We had everything we needed for our stay. Daytime entertainment in the pools / beach and nighttime entertainment in the Casino floor. Check out the bar lounge, they have live bands playing cover songs, our weekend the Zia Band was palying, they were great. I'd strongly recommend the Avi Resort. We will definitely be staying there on our next trip to Laughlin.

Love staying here They have so many amenities like pool, beach with access to the river, an area to light off fireworks as well, and some good fast food options. I would say all are great for a fun day with many activities.

This is our go to place when we are in Laughlin. Very nice swimming pool and a lot of dining area inside the hotel. We have a toddler and we love the playground there.
