Majestic mountain views are visible from the back patio, living room and master suite. New Berber carpeting throughout. The very spacious living room offers plenty of natural light, a media niche, and a gas fireplace. Luxurious Master suite has a sliding door to the patio, two closets, and dual sinks. There are two additional full bedrooms with mirrored closet doors and a guest bath. Separate laundry room with sink and hallway valet station provides extra storage.

Located in a highly desirable and exclusive private gated community with luxurious pool, spa and clubhouse, this incredible home offers unparalleled pastoral mountain views and is very close to the Colorado River! This luxury home is clean, spacious and very well taken care of. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and the night life, but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of Laughlin.
