“The property was the perfect size for our family of three and our dachshund! We appreciated the blackout shades in the guest bedroom to help our infant sleep. This condo is in an ideal location only 15 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The bed and couch were super comfortable as well! We hope we can stay there again before we become official residents of Delaware!”

“The location is great and the covered porch is nice. The mattresses could use updating, especially the 3 in the front bedroom. We found trash leftover from the previous guests, so I'm not sure the cleaning crew is actually cleaning. I think they are just changing linens and cleaning bathrooms. Needs more detailed cleaning and overall maintenance. We had to change lightbulbs in 2 lights. The kitchen dishes, glass and silverware are fine, but there are only 2 mini coffee pots and a keurig. ……

“We stayed here for our family vacation. We really liked the condo and the location. The pool was fantastic. I wish we were informed about the amount of towels they were going to give us. Towels were included but only gave us 6 towels for 6 people for the whole week. No face or hand towels given. Not enough in my opinion. Everything else was great.”

“Our stay was excellent. The property was exactly as described. It was clean and nicely decorated. We were there off season, we were a little disappointed that the hours of the indoor pool was very limited. The shower was not a roll in shower, it did have a step up, which did not work for a wheelchair, but we did the best we could. ”
