“This is a private spot, and it was comfortable inside & out. Air conditioning made the hottest hours quite pleasant, but I had the windows open most of the time for the cool late July breeze. I would highly recommend this property.”

“We absolutely loved our stay in Cooperstown at this fantastic location. It was perfect for my husband and myself and we were able to walk everywhere we went in the town of Cooperstown. We had so many fun things to do in the area and it was such a nice place to come back to each day. The host was amazing, easy to communicate with and very eager to make sure our stay was satifsfactory. We would recommend this location without a doubt and actually hope to return here someday! “Plenty of room for multiple families. Very convenient location for All Star Village, about 5 minutes away. Great outdoor environment. Interior could use some upgrading, limited TVs and functionality. Overall great place and would recommend.”
