“Lavasa is an awesome place when weather is good. When we went, it was raining & Clouds were almost on Road. Excellent place. Regarding property, we had to wait for the keys for some time but the person who cane was good & explained everything very well. The apartment itself is very nice located with a lake view but not well maintained, smell indicates it. Lot of things are taped with writing do not open. TV is there but no cable connection which was informed in advance but still it’s rare to see……

“Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.”
