“We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .”

“Not the apartment I was expecting but very nice nonetheless - had expected ground floor apartment as travelling with older relative who has some mobility issues - access via very steep stairs. We were lucky with street parking but this could be an issue, probably best to book parking with landlord for extra cost. Older relative would have appreciated non-slip mat in shower. Ideal for 4 people, Murphy bed at end of large lounge/kitchen with screening for privacy and second shower/loo. Would……

“A comfortable small lodge / glamping pod set in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. Had everything we needed to help make our 2 nights an easy and enjoyable experience. Criticisms were minor: a little detritus (possibly dog hair?) on the floor on arrival; a broken toilet roll holder; a bed sheet that was too small for the mattress. But overall, highly recommended for a chilled summertime couple of nights away. Top tip: the folks at the cafe opposite are very friendly and serve a great……

“The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped ( even a cafetiere ). Finding that there was a sofa bed was good. The approach along the stairs isn't wonderful, a bit drab and unloved but once in the apartment, all is good. There is some street parking right outside the Stratford and we were lucky and bagged a space, otherwise free parking nearby in other streets. ”
