“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im schönen Ferienhaus in Trarego. Es war noch schöner als wir uns vorgestellt hatten, super eingerichtet, alles was wir wünschten war vorhanden. Wir haben gut und tief geschlafen. Es ist absolut ruhig und die Betten gut. Unsere Gastgeberin Alessandra war immer erreichbar, hat uns die Heizung eingeschaltet als es kühl wurde. “Un superbe appartement propre, fonctionnel, complet, luxueux et très agréable, avec une belle piscine au même étage. Dans un cadre magnifique, montagnes, lac.
Beaucoup de possibilités de randonnées. De beaux villages aux ruelles pittoresques et aux églises superbes.

“The apartment was exactly as pictured with a gorgeous view of the lake! The area is private and quiet. Laura was so kind to us! She picked us up at the train station and took me grocery shopping. We did not rent a car and the apartment is about a mile from town. I would say you might want one if you want to be out late. The trail to town is rustic and not something you could do in the dark. It is very steep! The apartment was well equipped and we got groceries and made a lite dinner each……

“Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Das ist immer wichtig für uns. Und Lidl war auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zum öffentlichen Strand geht man ca 10 Minuten und dort hatten wir auch sehr viel Spaß. ”

The hotel ruins my impression about Wyndham Group
"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."
