“We were very comfortable at this delightfully decorated rental. The shower was great, and the bed was comfy. Great, pastoral setting in a small neighborhood. Would highly recommend. ”

“This unit is a good option over hotels, especially when the EAA event is running down in Oshkosh. The bedding was very comfortable. The unit was decently furnished. Free laundry facilities was very helpful. (many other nearby options used coin-operated. Really? Please don't nickle and dime me. There was coffee (hawaiian blend!) along with suger and creamer. “We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. We especially appreciated the fans and all the hooks! Small things that make a big difference. Location is great, College Ave was interesting and fun to walk up and down. Very close to Authors, the best restaurant in Appleton. The gift shop right under the apartment, Blue Moon, was also great. Minor downsides are no dishwasher (not a big……

“Very responsive owners, helpful when I had a couple of questions, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice downtown Appleton area with plenty of places to eat good food, explore some breweries if that’s your thing, and get some great desserts! Some noise at night from cars driving downtown, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area! ”
