Discover our 3-BDRM gem situated in North Lawrence. This newly embellished home features 2 king beds, 2 full bed, pullout chair. 2 full bthrms with a bearclaw bathtub and a shower. It is located within walking distance to trails, bars, restaurants, downtown and a 5 min drive to KU.
Sit back, take in a movie on the 75-inch smart TV or any of the other 3 smart TV's in each of the bedrooms or you may wish to enjoy a freshly made salad from the vegetable garden right off your dreamy deck. Great location! Convenient to downtown and all of Lawrence. I used to live downtown so I know about the trains. Yes you can hear them as it clearly states in the description. We actually liked the rumble of the trains after the horns. Home is great with everything anyone could need. Great courtyard that I imagine in the spring is bloomed and beautiful. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. If trains bother you don’t stay here but if you know Lawrence you know this is a great place!
