"This is a clean, well kept and quiet hotel. I’ll stay here again when visiting Kalamazoo. I didn’t like though, that the hotel charges $4 for a to-go cup of coffee, if you don’t purchase the breakfast option. I’ve not experienced that at a hotel of this level. It’s normally complimentary.
