Outdoors, guests share parking and the 3.5 acre front yard with the main house. Also shared are the outdoor kitchen with barbecue, fire pit with seating for 28, and outdoor dining space. Access to the waterfront backyard is limited to guests of the main house, but guests of the cottage are free to use that space when there are no bookings at the main house.
