Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unkept Facility
The room we received was nothing like what was shown online. It was poorly presented — the chair was badly peeled and looked like an eyesore. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the room before making payment. After seeing its condition, we immediately requested a room change or at least for the damaged chair to be removed. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. She bluntly said there was nothing she could do and that we wouldn’t be refunded, advising us to contact Expedia instead — with no assurance of getting our money back.
After a long trip, we didn’t want to argue further. We asked for a blanket to cover the chair, and instead of assisting us, the receptionist told us to come down to collect it ourselves. I personally went down to get it.
We had booked for three nights but only stayed for two. We requested a refund for the unused night, but again, the receptionist refused, saying the booking was made online — even though I clearly paid at the facility during check-in. She took our number, promised follow-up, and to this day, we haven’t heard anything.
The service was poor, the facility was unkempt, and they still owe me money. If you’re considering staying here, check the room thoroughly before making any payment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
