La Crosona 3 Independent apartment in the countryside
La Crosona was once a cowshed.
Today, it is a wonderful country house with four guest apartments, all located on the ground floor and directly overlooking a vast green area.
La Crosona is the perfect choice if you're looking for exclusive, independent accommodation that guarantees tranquility and privacy, away from the chaos and tourist crowds, yet still close to the attractions of Lake Garda and Verona.
"La Crosona 3" is a spacious two-room apartment with a private entrance, directly overlooking the garden and olive grove.
Living area: kitchen with induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, pots and pans, dishes, and accessories, dining table, and sofa.
Sleeping area with double bed, wardrobe, desk, and single bed.
Private bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Hairdryer, and heated towel rail.

Access to the accommodation is permitted only to guests. Non-guests or external visitors are not permitted to enter, park, or temporarily stay at the accommodation.
La Crosona 3 apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 people, including infants and children.
We do not have cribs, cots, high chairs, or other equipment for children or infants. Extra beds are not available.
Smoking and the use of open flames (such as candles, incense, or mosquito coils) are not permitted inside the accommodation.
Bicycles, scooters, or other bulky equipment are not permitted inside the apartment.
PARKING is private and is a reserved, outdoor, uncovered, unattended, and free of charge.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, initial supply of sheets and towels, and final cleaning are INCLUDED.
No cleaning service is provided during your stay.
(It is possible to request and arrange a linen change; this is an additional service for a fee.)
CHECK-IN:
Check-in begins at 5:00 PM.
Please arrange your arrival time in advance! You will be greeted in person by Roberta and provided with all the information you need to be completely independent.
At check-in, all guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) for standard registration procedures.
(If you are a minor and are not accompanied by a legal guardian, please notify us at the time of booking and contact us for more information.)
(If you are traveling with a disabled guest and someone accompanying you, please notify us at the time of booking for more information on accessibility and exemptions.)
You will also be required to pay the CASH TOURIST TAX, which is €1 per adult per night.
You will be given one (1) KEYCARD to access the accommodation. Please note! There is a €200 penalty for losing or damaging the keycard.
DOGS/CHILDREN:
Up to two dogs of any size or breed are allowed free of charge. Cats or other animals are not permitted.
There is no private fenced-in area: the property is fenced off from the road and is located in a large green area with fruit and olive trees, where you can walk your dogs.
There is also a natural stream nearby, which is often appreciated by adventurous dogs and water lovers.
Please be careful and respectful of any other guests, children, or animals on the property, and consider whether it is appropriate to keep your dog on a leash based on the situation.
DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LEAVE THEM ALONE OR UNATTENDED INSIDE the apartment, or TO WALK ALONE outside without the supervision of their owner or guardian.
The same applies to CHILDREN/MINORS.
Crosona is not responsible for the health and safety of dogs or minors left alone or unattended.
WASTE SEPARATE COLLECTION:
Please use the bins to separate waste.
Under the kitchen sink, you will find the following bins:
GLASS: bottles or jars (without caps)
PLASTIC AND TIN: bottles, cans, metal caps, food cans, etc. (Please compress bottles or bulky plastic packaging)
ORGANIC/WET: food scraps (use only the designated biodegradable bag)
DRY: coffee capsules, sanitary napkins, baby diapers, dog poop bags, cigarette butts, etc.
Please take your waste daily to the LARGE CONDOMINIUM BINS LOCATED NEXT TO THE BUILDING GATE.
You can dispose of glass, paper, plastic, dry, and wet waste in the shared trash cans.
Please do not store your waste inside the apartment because, in addition to generating unpleasant odors, it could attract ants and other insects. For the same reason, do not leave food packages open or out of the refrigerator.
CHECK-OUT: Please let Roberta know your intended departure time so we can check the apartment together.
DAMAGES:
Please promptly report any anomalies, malfunctions, breakdowns, or damage.
We reserve the right to inspect the apartment within 24 hours of your check-out and you will be liable for any damage.
La Crosona is just 3 km from the lakeside, amusement parks, and nightlife. However, it is located in the countryside in a secluded location. Getting around is necessary by car or bicycle.

The location is very convenient as a starting point for exploring Lake Garda: you can reach the Villa dei Cedri thermal park, Gardaland, Caneva, and Movieland amusement parks in just a few minutes by car. Peschiera is 5 minutes away, and Venice is 90 minutes away.
