“We walked in from our pilgrim route tired and wet. We were put in a cramped w/c accessible room on the ground floor.There was a locked connecting door to the next room. The occupants returned, talking loudly, and apparently smoking as we could smell the cigarette smoke in our room. We asked to be moved and ended up in a much nicer, larger room on the first floor, with a bathtub! Sorely needed after our long, wet day of walking.
