“Hotel is new, and room is big enough, everything is new but a little bit too new, some are not ready, free coffee in the lobby, close to tram station Arenc Le Silo and train station-Arenc Euroméditerranée. Desposit 300euro is not reasionable.”

“Cool vibe throughout. Neighborhood was about 20-30 minute walk from the Vieux Porte and major tourist attractions. Neighborhood had some great local restaurants. Breakfast was very good.”

“Not sure why this property has some negative reviews. It's of course not a 5* but for the price (which was cheapest in Marseille) and the cleanliness, it was a great stay. Yes, bedding and room is not cleaned daily but that's not a big deal but they do offer FREE new towels daily. The rooms are minimalist but very clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy and the Aircon worked fine. It is a little far from main city and the area at first sight appears rough but relatively safe (I was solo……

“Good layout in apartment. Sofa bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing. Very close to the train station which was great. Delicious bakery just a few steps from the door and a good City Carrefour not too far which was ideal. ”
