“Stunning property, excellent location for exploring Southern Charente and the Northern Dordogne areas. Well equipped, clean with a beautiful pool. “Great property and great owner. Can't say enough good things about this house although to call it a farmhouse doesn't give the right impression about how modern and up-to-date the house is. All the "mod cons", and the plumbing and wifi worked. (seriously, that has not been our experience in other places in France). Modern kitchen. Pool was super and well maintained. The youngsters loved the playhouse. And the owner was terrific. Couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the rural……

“Nice house, very pleasant to stay in ( though a door between the bedrooms, bathrooms and living room and kitchen should be installed to lower the noise level when one is asleep. )As for the swimmingpool, just great for children. The location is top for the everyday shopping ( a 8 minute- drive) and the neighbours can’t be heard thanks to the clever layout of the estate. A final remark : the tv can’t be used by a French user as a consequence of The system of registration Another solution :……

Quelques informations du site sont erronées : La piscine n'est pas chauffée et n'est pas sécurisée et à priori elle peut être partagée avec une autre location mitoyenne. Il y a deux chambres et non trois, le troisième couchage est un canapé convertible dans le salon. L'endroit est calme et à l'abri du voisinage”

“The farmhouse is beautiful with stunning views. The owners were very accommodating and had thought about everything with some lovely personal touches. The children spent a lot of time in the pool. We had great weather which meant we didn’t make much use of the sitting room, which was also amazing. Worth every penny”
