“Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service.”

“This hotel is in a good location.But there is no lift to go upstairs. Some amenities are broken and you can never get enough hot water. The hotel also took money from our credit card and also charged us for the same on arrival. When we requested a refund for the double charge, they kept delaying the refund back into our account. We finally had tl travel in person back to the hotel to request for the refund back in physical Myanmar kyat instead of an electronic bank transfer. Furthermore the……

“The room is very clean and tidy, the bed is unexpectedly large, making us a comfortable sleep. The front desk & bell boys were very helpful and polite, they always kept smiling. They tried very hard to communicate to you with English though they were not fluent in it. ”
