“Wir waren schon in einigen Ferienhäusern, jedoch noch nie in einem so mit Liebe eingerichteten Haus, wo die Gastgeber an alles denken und alles bis ins kleinste Detail vorbereitet ist für die Gäste! Es ist alles da, Wäsche, Frotteemäntel, Duschmittel, Seife, Getränke im Kühlschrank, Wein und Lebensmittel und sogar Hundedecken! Voll ausgestattete Küche.
Der Spabereich ist sehr sauber und ebenfalls ausgestattet mit Wäsche und Duschmittel. Der Hot Tub ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und das Feuer ist……

“J'ai séjourné dans ce logement durant 2 nuits autant la communication avec la propriétaire était très bien ainsi que la personne du ménage, autant le logement n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Anne est au courant et je suis certain que le nécéssaire sera fait... en attendant, la prestation actuelle n'est pas là.”

“It's in a quiet residential area. Not too far to highway. About 15 minutes walk to nearest shop or restaurant A good size studio..Pretty complete appliances like fridge, dishwasher, toaster, microwave.. even a nespresso machine... The little heated swimming pool and hot tub was awesome..Unfortunately the owner/manager speaks French only.. and all informations also only written in French...”

“Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst. Alles was erg netjes en duidelijk. Huis is helemaal compleet met alle toebehoren en schoon. Zelfs een heerlijke massage kunnen boeken bij de eigenaresse. Enige minpuntje voor ons was dat de televisie geen apps had en geen mogelijkheid tot connecten met je telefoon of dergelijks. Maar dat was dan ook het enige! ”

“This was a great VRBO for us. The house was just as expected. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a pleasant walking distance from the train station and the downtown area that had many great restaurants. Murten was a perfect hub for our trip. We explored a lot of the Bern area and it was so nice to return to quiet Murten. We spent our mornings exploring this beautiful town and our evenings enjoying the wonderful restaurants. "Neuchatel City Hotel certainly is improving. It can be better.
1. Although there is a 3-steps stairs at the lobby, having a ramp will certainly help.
2. Housekeeping can be further improved. I believed some housekeepers are very serious in their task some are just getting by. For two days, no refill for my coffees capsules.
3. I find that Hotel.com choices of rooms in Neuchatel City are very limited. More can be done in between to have availability for bookings. Especially the double large rooms with fridge.
4. Thanks to the team for their efforts to ensure guests comforts. Thanks for the fan. "
