“Grand appartement bien situé près du centre ville, lumineux, confortable.Malheureusement de nombreux petits détails montrent que la maintenance n'est pas à la hauteur, dommage”

“We did not receive any communication regarding checking despite a communication from us that went unanswered 3 days prior. On the day of the booking we reached out to obtain the keys and after an hour the host responded stating they had double booked the property. We were a party of 6 adults and their offer to compensate us with a 1 BR appt. When I questioned the lack of beds, the host did not respond for more than 1 hour. I attempted to contact VRBO by phone and chat without any response……

“Très bon séjour passé dans cette belle et grande maison ancienne, en plein cœur du centre-ville, entourée de commerces et à deux pas de la cité médiévale de Le Mans. Le parking souterrain, payant mais peu cher, dans la rue à 10 mètres et très pratique !Des petites améliorations concernant la propreté à apporter, mais sinon, tout était très bien !”

“Le séjour de 4 nuits s’est plutôt bien passé au logement…Toutefois, je reste très dubitatif concernant le sérieux et l’intégrité des gérants…Lors de la Réservation, j’ai reçu un RIB pour procéder au paiement.Le RIB était bizarre, puisque même mon banquier me demandait le pays de localisation.J’ai donc demandé à 3 reprises le pays, avant d’avoir la réponse.Le virement a pu être effectué.Avant la prise de possession du logement, on me demandait aussi le paiement de la caution… pour avoir accès aux……

“The property does not represent the listing made. Show pictures of the outside down the alley not just the inside which will put you off booking. Host is maximising opportunity by double booking it on other sites and miss selling the accommodation. Don't get stranded without accommodation as I did due to him. Anthony ignores any contact 29 doesn't exist and is actually number 2. Do not stay here although convenience looks good you will be very disappointed, where it is, size, cleanliness etc...”
