Room and Bathroom were clean and nice. Social Areas like elevators and breakfast area were so dirty, the juice machine, coffee manchine, pancakes machine has not been cleaned in weeks. I do not know if different people clean the social areas but were so bad. The french staff was nice, the Indian staff not even responded to greetings, they were kind of rude. They do not mention that transportation is available on request and only have 6 spaces available, one time we had to pay an Uber, they should have a bigger shuttle because many people uses because the hotel is near the ariport. The hotel has all the potencial to be great, location is perfect, but those small details damage the whole thing. When we saw the social areas we were afraid of how the room will be, we had a surprise about how clean the room was, gladly!

Property being close to airport, its best. However very compact for couple if you’re single it should be ok. Also, there were dust on table and under the bed too. I dropped something under bed and found this dust underneath. It gives justice to price though. Free parking on premises. Bathroom doors are headache, not properly closing which makes bathrooms messy when you take showers.

On my last night, I wanted to stay in a French-run hotel, but this was not the case. Look at the outdoor seating options. I walked to the village, and it had only one Kabob restaurant open. The staff was friendly and they did have a an airport shuttle but next time I will pay more and stay at the IBIS or Premier Class, for an updated hotel. In fact, I am done with these independent hotels and will go with brand names from now on. The European budget hotels are good.
This is not what I had in mind.
My last night in France and this is the outdoor seating options?
The property was not that great and take a look at the backyard seating options.
Nice enough bed, but the room is so small, you can barely walk around the bed. The shower was nice. The aircon worked at least and they had elevators.

Customer service was great. They offered to book our transportation to the airport. They offered information regarding food delivery and even offered to order it since our phone was out of order. Very friendly, helpful, easy to get to fromnthe bus station and a great price. Very clean and modern room.

When I got to the hotel, they said it was overbooked, I didn't get my room. stayed in the lobby over night, because I need to catch up flight early in the morning. The staff couldn't do anything to solve the problem, the boss was sleeping and didn't answer the phone for giving any solution for their problem!! Terrible experience!!! It's their system problem, but let me suffered all this! Expedia just gave 25cad credit as compensation!!

Did not receive instructions as to where to go to find the shuttle to the hotel. Did not have a local phone and so had to borrow a phone to call the hotel. For this I give it only 3 stars. And yes the rooms are small...very small. Ok if you have only carry-ons.

The hotel is a little far from the airport but the shuttle makes it super convenient. The room we had was small and over was ok to just sleep. Shower smell musty but I didnot see obvious mold or dirt. It’s cheap for a night to sleep and convenient.

The propery is under renovation. The beds are comfortable. We stayed here because of its close proximity to thd airport and reasonable price. Finding the shuttle to get to the hotel was difficult, but it was a short ride.

Older property away from airport with free airport shuttle. Friendly and helpful front desk staff, room very small but clean. Did not add breakfast but was available. Located in a cute little town with a few restaurant choices near by.
