“Je recommande cet hôtel qui offre un bon rapport qualité-prix par rapport à sa localisation et ses prestations. Malgré une panne d’eau chaude générale survenue lors de mon séjour, le personnel de l’hôtel s’est montré réactif et disponible ; et j’ai tout de suite été dédommagée (sans avoir à négocier, ce qui n’est pas le cas dans tous les établissements). Ma chambre et la literie étaient confortables. La présence de la cuisine est vraiment un plus. ”

“L 'hotel est dans une zone commerciale ;il y a des travaux de construction juste à coté et le soir à22heures:un motard a fait des allers et retours dans la rue voisine faisant vrombir sa machine et bruits d'accelérations répétés pendant 15 minutes et réveillant les enfants endormis;;;;C'est pas cool et je pense qu 'il n'y a pas de gardien de nuit dans cet hotel;sinon il serait intervenu ! “Arrived Bordeaux at the hottest days, almost 40 degree in June. Great to find hotel with sufficient air conditioning, and the room is spacious and clean. There are some water leaking from the shower tub, but not great matter. Great shower. The ladies there, Helen, is very helpful, even help me to move my heavy luggage upstairs into my room. Also give me good recommendations for dinners. Consider close to city centre, just 10 min walking to the Place Gambetta. If very senstive yo noise, may hear……
