“When advertised the description of the hotel stated it had a lift. Being partially disabled this was an important reason for my choice. However when we arrived we found that our room was in the part of the hotel that the lift only serviced to the second floor. Otherwise the room provided everything we needed.”

“Very good. Spacious room, tea and coffee. 3 arm chairs. Large bed. Friendly service. Good breakfast. Unusual location in a shopping centre. Chinese buffet next door. Swimming pool out of action, but sauna and jacuzzi available. ”
