“Great time in a lovely house. Thank you. Just for the heads up, there are a couple of things that need attention in the house. The front door lock mechanism needs attention as the screws are loose. Also the head of the shower in the bathroom is full of corrosion and needs replacing. ”

“We were 5 adults - 2 couples and my adult son. With 4 bedrooms and 2 living areas there was plenty of room, as well as a large deck outside.The kitchen was extremely well equipped and also included an outside BBQ.It was hot while we were there but the aircon worked very well. The house has a pool which we enjoyed every day, as well as a jetty. Whilst we didn't have a boat, my son loved the fishing off the jetty and did catch fish. “We had a great stay in Exmouth at the Marina Townhouse. The property is spacious and well equipped. The outside seating/dining area is shady and a pleasant place to have dinner or drinks. The air conditioning is quiet and effective, so we all slept well despite every day topping 40 degrees in the afternoons and the mid 30s at night. “Had a great holiday. Location was great and so too the presentation of the villa. Outside steps were a bit dubious (I was too scared to walk in the middle of them as I’m sure they’re due to break soon!) and a light by the bbq would be helpful. No ironing board present (but barely needed it anyway. ) Otherwise was great - would highly recommend it. Would love to be able to come back another time! Thank you ever so much.”

“Plenty of room inside and out. Overall a great house to come back to at days end, a very short walk to main area of town. Clean and tidy. Bed in second main bedroom could be more comfortable, it creaks with every turnover. Stove top was hard to manage and no hairdryer are the only negatives to mention. There was only one wine glass but more were very promptly delivered when we called about that. Would highly recommend for convenience.”
