My husband and I were in Albany for a motorcycle safety class and this house was on a few minutes from were we needed to go for the class. “We arrived at 3:20PM and our room was not ready. Didnt get into our room until 4:30! Breakfast was ok...very limited options and always seemed empty, like the rush just happened, but we were there at 7:30AM, breakfast starts at 7AM. Requested extra pillows(pillows are too soft and flatten out immediately), the staff could only find 1 extra pillow!! Really!!??? Hotel was clean, but would try different hotel if we return to area. ”
