Guests have full access to the entire first floor, private deck, hot tub, fire pit, lawn, and driveway during their stay. Whether you’re soaking under the stars, enjoying morning coffee on the vintage ski lift swing, or prepping a barbecue dinner under the string lights, the entire experience is yours to enjoy.
The only exceptions are a few locked storage cabinets reserved for owner use and the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs that we request remain unused. This listing is specifically for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom stay. If the upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms have been used upon guest checkout, the guest will be billed at our 3-bedroom rate and forfeit their security deposit.
