Although the yard isn’t fenced (there is a rail fence), the area still feels private thanks to the home’s secluded location on a private lane.

Icicle Farm Haus is 2 miles from downtown Leavenworth, making it easy to explore Bavarian shops, breweries, and restaurants. You’ll also appreciate the quick access to Icicle River right next door. This neighborhood is home to year-round residents who highly value their privacy and safety. We ask that you drive slowly and respectfully, as if your own children lived here, and remain courteous when entering or leaving the property. The county is dedicated to preserving the peaceful environment for locals, so please be mindful of noise and activity levels during your stay.


★ GUEST ACCESS ★

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the spacious deck, and the private backyard. A smart lock system makes for easy self-check-in, allowing you to arrive and depart at your convenience.

↦ Pet Policy: We welcome pets with a $35/day fee (up to 2 pets), to be arranged prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for pet cleanup, and remember that the yard is not fenced.

↦ Maintenance Schedule: Weekly hot tub cleaning, mowing, and snow removal occur discreetly to avoid disrupting your stay.

↦ Privacy: The property owners and maintenance team respect guest privacy at all times.

↦ Country Living: The Icicle Farmhaus is country living at its finest—eclectic design and rustic modern finishes. However, being that we are in the country, you may see some dust on the window sills from the dirt roads and the occasional bug that has made its way inside. We do our best to keep things clean and tidy and have regular pest control services to limit intruders.
