“We had a fantastic family stay in an amazing modern apartment with all the facilities you need to make you comfortable. The bed and the sofa bed were incredibly comfortable allowing for a good night's sleep.
The rapid response from the service team when a teddy was lost in the cleaning was the best customer service I have experienced.

"Everything was decent except for the fact that the noise isolation was very terrible. It's right next to the primary road so you can clearly hear the hyper at Friday night last until almost sun rise, then, it came after the city services like city-cleaning and the trams which can literally keep you up till the next day.
One last thing is we can clearly hear the noises from the preparation of the house-keeping at around 6-7 am."
