It is very quiet, the front desk is friendly, we love the complimentary breakfast, and coffee and cookies in the lobby. We have been staying here for years, The Best Western is so much better now. We like having the fridge as we head down to Maine with cold items.

everything seemed to be ok, except there was no bathtub....It was a stand up shower! I like to take baths and this wasnt an option here which was quite disappointing for me! Also as far as the breakfast and such I did not go to it as I was only here briefly just to sleep. I had a doctors appointment the day before and more tests the day after early morning which I had to fast for! So basically I was in and out! For what I needed it was perfect!

When we went to check in they did not have any King beds left, like we had reserved. they weren't going to do anything about it at first, but I kept pressing nicely that that is what I reserved and paid for. The hotel is mostly filled with workers, so in the end (after a while of back and forth) she moved a worker to another room and we got their King room.

Although, everything is is exactly what you would expect from a Best Western. They have comfortable and clean rooms and the staff are friendly and professional. Nothing special here but they do offer a free complete breakfast. The area is truly beautiful especially Hanover and the Lake Sunapee area. Lots for great dining options in the area and multiple cultural opportunities and of course nature.

I would not recommend this hotel. I travel to Lebanon and have to stay up here quite often, and I will not be back. It was overall dirty and felt not well maintained. My first room the toilet wouldn't flush and the handle appeared taped to the side, second was on the 4th floor and as soon as I stepped on the floor, all I could smell was cigarettes. Both bed comforters had stains, the floors looked like they have never been cleaned, and there was hair in the bathtub. Overall, a huge no for me.

Likes: immaculate, clean and very convenient to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center ( 15 minutes door to door). Lots of restaurants close by, Somewhat annoying: my room was at the end of the corridor, opposite the stairs, and all night I could hear an intermittent rumble sound. It was a dull sound, and sounded like someone getting out of an acrylic bath in the next room or upstairs…strange, I know, but because of the frequency ( approx every 2-3 minutes) it was disturbing and kept me awake. This hotel, as far as I know doesn’t have baths, so obviously it wasn’t that. My room was away from the elevator and ice machine. Minor: the toaster was rubbish. Warmed bread only.

The stay itself was fine. We were there for a quick overnight. Imagine our surprise when we were charged $100 for damage for a small chip on furniture that we definitely did not do! There's no way we damaged the furniture and a small chip does not cost $100 to fix! The manager was extremely rude about the situation.

I was very upset that I wasted a $170 on a dirty wrong pubic hairs on the toilet, and looks like somebody wiped their hand full of species on the back of the doors and the walls I have pictures, and I really disgusted with it. And I go walk to my car and have to walk over chunks of ice I've fallen from the roof through the roof. Over the sally board and almost far what they like that is full of surgical steel from a horrible fracture earlier in life.Just not very
