“The house with the fenced yard was excellent for our needs with 2 dogs and 5 people. Only issue was there wasn't much info provided about things like where to put the trash, setting up the tv, or any checkout instructions. But the property was really nice.”

“Super quiet little gem out in the valleys. We enjoyed our visit very much! Well equipped place with a lot of thought put into things and some more than just the basics in staples and condiments which was appreciated. Do NOT attempt this place in a car with low clearance as they are not joking about the driveway. It is steep and has water control speed bumps that are no joke. There is also a very steep left turn at the top of the mountain that reminded us of a roller coaster! Internet worked……

“We came to Bristol for a show at the Hard Rock. The property is several miles away but we were able to uber without difficulty. The property owners were on top of everything. We didn’t have trash bags or an iron and within an hour both were being delivered. There were 4 couples and we usually stay in rentals with a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Having only 2 bathrooms wasn’t the most convenient but we made it work. There aren’t many rental options in Bristol that met our needs. The rooms……

“Our stay was great. The home is extremely clean and decorated so nicely. It also has everything you need for your stay. And the view was amazing. It’s close to town but you have a country view. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Johnson City. ”

This was my Moms first trip away since my Dads recent passing and things couldn't have been more peaceful and calming. Just what we needed. The home was nice and clean, and very cozy. “Well furnished, roomy home in a beautiful setting. Kitchen, eating, and gathering place is great for large crowds. The separate bedrooms each having bathroom access is a real plus. The only negative would be the limited access to the lake or upper and lower levels of the house for anyone with mobility issues. We did have to shorten our stay due to winter weather warnings because access to the house could be difficult in bad weather. ”
