The first floor of the property features a games room with pool table and a queen room with its own ensuite. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas and another 2 bathrooms so there is plenty of room for a couple of families to have an enjoyable stay, this property is pet friendly, (Pets are strictly outside only and a $250 pet bond is applicable). The spiral staircase may not be suitable for small children.
This property strictly sleeps 12. No Tents, Caravans or Camper Trailers allowed at property.

Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. This part of WAs coast is recognised internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. In January each year they hold the prestigious Ledge Point to Lancelin Ocean Classic, which draws enthusiasts from around the world.
Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.
Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued.
