“We had a great stay! The location was perfect—lots of stores within walking distance and nearby parks for the kids to enjoy. Although the property is still under construction, it didn't impact our experience much. Most importantly, our room was clean and spacious, and my young children absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend!”

“The apartment was spacious and clean. The proximity to the city center was better than I imagined. The host was always available and communicated promptly. I have nothing but good things to say about this apartment stay other than the water pressure could have been better and an air conditioning unit in the living room would be beneficial as one AC unit in the bedroom struggles to cool the whole apartment. Great value!!”

“Our room was clean. We like the hotel. It was near by the train and a bus stop so we could use them easily. There was just a problem, so there was not our room’s air condition’s remote control but don’t need to use it. All staff were so kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly suggest to accommodate in the hotel. ”

“Nice room. You could hear some noice from the hallway (thin doors) but it really didn't bother me that much. The breakfast was at a nearby hotel so I had to leave the premises. I had no problems with that either. Great breakfast buffet.
Really friendly and service-minded staff at the Botanica Residence. Especially Milos(?) who gave me some information about the local football culture. ”

“Our first visit to Belgrade, and stayed at the waterfront area on recommendation from a local friend. The entire waterfront is a very new area overlooking the Sava river and it is an under construction area with plenty of projects going on simultaneously. The property we stayed in tho is very nice.
