“We always stay in this block of apartments. This was our first time in this articular apartment Beautiful view and especially sunsets are something to look for. Swimming pool is a plus and only a few blocks away from supermarket and very nice bookshop. Highly reccomend”

“We really enjoyed the condo and the location. It was a beautiful view and the condo was extremely clean! We had a handicapped person in our party and the property is extremely handicapped friendly. The condo could use some handicap upgrades such as higher toilets and some bars by the toilets. The pool was EXTREMELY dirty and we were not comfortable being in it so some of us headed to the beach.”

“Perfect size for our family of 7. Great location to Memorial Park and downtown shopping. Loved that we could walk to those locations. The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The only negative was not hot tub for the older members of our group which was advertised. Would definitely book here again!”

“We give a 10/10 for our week-long stay at this exquisite condo from its beautiful coastal colors and tasteful furnishings to the million dollar views of Tangier Sound and Jane's Island. Excellent communication from the hosts. Seamless check-in. Well-provisioned kitchen if you wanted to cook. We always dine out on vacation, and found a couple of good spots in town: From Scratch and Fisherman's Grille. Very comfy seating on the balcony and separate screened-in section gave us more places to unwind……

“The layout of the condo was perfect for the family. The furniture and decor were lovely. Every room was neat and clean.The house was supplied with everything we needed and plenty of it! We did buy a fly swatter and left it behind for other’s future use! The sound of the water treatment plant next lot over from us was sometimes heard… but not enough to keep us from returning! We deeply appreciated that this was a dog friendly vacation condo! Beautiful summer sunsets… at appropriately named Sunset……

“The condo was great, the views of the bay were perfect. The checkin was easy, a bit of trouble hooking up to the wireless router but they sent someone out on a Sunday to fix. Would stay here again. Chincoteague is lovely, the beach is not crowded, the waves not too big. The water was cold. But seeing the wild ponies was awe inspiring.”
