“Excellent communication...everything we needed was at hand. View was beautiful. Very clean and the decor was very cool and charming. Generously decorated with tons of comfy bedding! ”

“Over all we had a great stay at sunset bay villas! The balcony is amazing and the condo was perfect for family vacation. Within walking distance of everything on Main Street and super close to restaurants on this island! Only complaints: -The curtains in the master bedroom were falling when we got there (easy fix, no biggie) -Wish the water and ice maker were hooked up on the fridge And -the floors were extremely sticky when we arrived, needed a good mop. Again nothing crazy and didn’t ruin our……

“A great place to stay! Definitely bring your own paper products and toiletries (paper towels, tp, trash bags, hand soap, tissues etc.) Close to the beach, friendly neighbors. It is a shared balcony so there isnt much privacy outside. The Pearl is 2 doors down. Overall a great place to stay. ”

“We always stay in this block of apartments. This was our first time in this articular apartment Beautiful view and especially sunsets are something to look for. Swimming pool is a plus and only a few blocks away from supermarket and very nice bookshop. Highly reccomend”

“We really enjoyed the condo and the location. It was a beautiful view and the condo was extremely clean! We had a handicapped person in our party and the property is extremely handicapped friendly. The condo could use some handicap upgrades such as higher toilets and some bars by the toilets. The pool was EXTREMELY dirty and we were not comfortable being in it so some of us headed to the beach.”

“Perfect size for our family of 7. Great location to Memorial Park and downtown shopping. Loved that we could walk to those locations. The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The only negative was not hot tub for the older members of our group which was advertised. Would definitely book here again!”

“Great location on the water across from Assateague Island. Living area and deck were great, as was main bedroom. Everything on the island and the wildlife refuge are accessible with a short drive. The Pearl Restaurant is excellent, and basically next door - easy 1 minute walk. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck at water’s edge in the mornings where you can see the lighthouse on Assateague and even make out ponies across the channel. You can also rent kayaks and book a boat trip with……
