Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, outdoor concerts, movie night on the beach. Located on a quiet side street so the best of both worlds. We slept with the windows wide open and it was quiet. Definitely returning with my family and recommending it. ”

“This was our first stay at The Pioneer on York Beach, and it was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for the adults and our 7 grandchildren, and everyone had a great time. Much of our time was spent on the beach each day, which was just a short walk from the house. We’ve stayed at 4 different GVC properties for the past 5 years, and each one has been excellent - they all have a consistent feel and provide all the necessary amenities for a wonderful experience. No issues with trash disposal or noise or crazy traffic or anything. ”

Also, the shampoo, conditioner & body wash was not labeled so I had no idea which was which. Overall it was a great place to stay and we had a great time.”
