“I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get to Sylvan Beach! The house is beautiful and you really won’t need much as the house is stocked with all the essentials! The large layout provided enough space and privacy for everyone. The one bedroom with the 3 beds was perfect for my kids and the big fenced in yard perfect for my dogs!! Fishing off the dock was so much fun!! We will definitely be back to stay here for many years to come! New tradition!”

“My family came there from MD for our father’s funeral and the location was perfect. The house was just perfect. Loved that we all had our room with tv and full kitchen and comfortable living room for hanging out. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in town.”

“This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream……

“This was our 40th year vacationing at Sylvan Beach. Our first year was at the Oneida and several years since. We have witness many remodels of the property over the year. We enjoy the location and the access to the beach. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, there is a major issue with the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom, making the floor dangerous and flooding the light fixture and making it short out. I would recommend that more towel fixtures……

“Worked perfectly with what we needed. Stayed with 3 kids and 4 adults and still have room to spare. Loved the quiet area with a short walk to the lake, cafe and restaurants. Host responded promptly and worked with our schedule. Thank you! ”

Very much enjoyed the back deck & fire pit. Orange cat befriended my family & was a pleasure to have around. Alison was always just a call or text away & was friendy & attentive. “This was the perfect place for our family of four. It was close enough to family and it allowed us to be able to get a good night sleep with no concerns. The house was clean, warm enough, and really a great place for us to be able to stay. Will consider staying here again. ”
